This is my own Naruto character, Toshihiro Hitano.

Name: Toshihiro Hitano

Age: 23

Village: Sunagakure (Sand Village)

Rank: Jounin / ANBU chief

Techniques: Specialized in kuchiyose no jutsu (summoning jutsu) and especially in cat summons. Knows also Fuuton (wind element) jutsus like most of the Suna ninjas.

Clan: Toshihiro is a member of the small Hitano clan which is specialized in kuchiyose no jutsu. Every clan member is taught as a child how summon different kinds of animals but usually most of them choose one specific animal and stay with it (Toshihiro chose cats).

Family: Father died in a mission, mom former medical ninja (alive).

Characteristics: When not on mission, Toshihiro is humoristic and friendly, very chilling out guy but he becomes serious shinobi when on a mission who will never leave his friends in trouble. Own team is everything to him like is his family.
