Taichi AKA "Captain/Taichou" from the band overDRIVE in which Jiro also belongs to.
Taichi's nickname comes from his disability. A missing leg, that is so he uses a prosthetic to be able to move around.
He normally uses a "normal" more natural-looking one but when it comes to having better movement Taichi uses a carbonsteel prosthetic.
It has curved shape which acts as a spring to mimic the ankle.
Thus, Captain Springfoot.
He just looks way too old in this one. >_<
