Just the basics here so you'll understand at least something.

Those clothes you've seen Gazu, Zhavo and Mhoza wearing are not uniforms but more casual clothing they prefer to wear.
In the outposts, usually only the brigadier general wears his uniform since he has a bit different kind of place there.

The first time Mhoza has seen color, by the way!
And that oldish and somewhat grumpy-looking dude is Rozhk (who's been mentioned in the profiles), the brigadier general of Gazu and Zhavo's outpost. He used to be Gazu's mentor years ago. He may look a bit tough but he's a sweet old man.

But seriously, Gazu looks so droolable in that uniform.

Oh yeah, and those capes included in the uniforms go down about to their ankle-level.
